Mr. Alan J. Hayes is an Enterprise Architect at the Federal Aviation Administration. He is also the President of Western Shores Institute, where he also serves as the Dean for Administrative Affairs. He is also the Chairman and Chief Operating Office of Volanz Aerospace, Inc., a non-profit educational corporation provided space-themed STEM programs throughout the mid-Atlantic. Mr. Hayes is a graduate of Wesley College, Excelsior College, the United States Air Force Air Command and Staff College, and has completed post-graduate executive Program Management and Leadership programs from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Hayes is a Senior Management instructor with over twenty-eight years of Program/Project management, Information Technology, and Government Acquisition experience.
