About Me:
I'm a Research Associate at AIR. Among my duties at AIR in the Workforce Program, I support Project Directors on a variety of federally funded projects involving a diverse scope of topics related to adult education and teacher training. With over 11 years of experience in adult education, I have worked with adult language learners, pre-GED and GED students and adult education teachers. This experience has largely focused on reading and literacy research -based instruction and professional developmet.
