About Me:

I am a semiretired R&D chemist who has been volunteering with the Math&Science Coalition of the Philadelphia Ed Fund to assist the Coalition to develop a STEM Tutor Volunteer program. We ran a pilot program in a Phil public school last year and are increasing the size and scope of the program this year. Since we will never have enough STEM Tutor volunteers, I am interested in technology to augment our efforts including on-line tutoring, cognitive tutor systems and the gamification of education.
