Jackie Terry is a seasoned and innovative marketing communications professional with fifteen years of experience in executing an array of national and local public relations initiatives across multiple mediums, working with national and local press, coordinating large-scale events, creating social investment strategies, and developing community partnerships as well as implementing charitable giving programs. Currently, Terry is the Partner Relations Manager for Arizona State University’s College of Technology and Innovation (CTI) on the Polytechnic campus in Mesa, in which she’s responsible for creating and maintaining pathways for community engagement in College’s unique capabilities and assets among internal, local and national audiences and build strategic relationships with leaders in sustainable and environmental, organizational and human, and engineered and computational systems. Champions creative and collaborative practices around building awareness for the College to be seen as a leader in innovative STEM education; a hub for entrepreneurial activity; focused on making things that matter for our communities and teaching through applied projects and industry partnerships; and a place where women, minorities and veterans thrive. Identifies and cultivates new partner functions for the College. Develops and maintains sustainable partnerships with local and national community groups, involving them in a range of activities relating to promote school goals and programs to further the mission of the College.
