About Me:

You might wonder, "Why does Jeff call himself a Maestro?" Well the title was actually bestowed upon him by his collaborators. What they experience in Jeff is the unique ability to hear and develop each person's voice while simultaneously weaving them all together into collaborative communities that sing the rich harmonic music of their blended voices. Jeff works collaboratively with all members to create vibrant and innovative super-teams that support everyone in finding their highest purpose and creating the future they were born to manifest. He blends his considerable skills and experience in innovation, management, coaching, education, computer technology, business, creativity, organization development, and strategic planning to help individuals and teams develop the capabilities they need to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Jeff's central passion is helping people learn how to become the whole person or business they are meant to be and break the rusty, worn-out habits of the industrial era. With his appreciation and deep understanding of all styles of leadership, Jeff helps people and teams learn how to become more autonomous, purposeful, and masterful; to become more than a match for the challenges we all face in today's modern world. Jeff firmly believes we need to creatively and collaboratively utilize diverse viewpoints, skills, and backgrounds if we are to succeed in taking the next step in our collective future. Jeff grew up in Hawaii, lived in New Hampshire, and is now living half-way between in Northern California with his wife. His two grown daughters are not too far away so the family can still be together when they need to. Jeff holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University and is a graduate of an ICF Certified Coaching Program at New Ventures West. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Boston State College.
