About Me:
Klista Rader is the Director of Implementation and Information Technology for Joplin Schools. She has also spent four years in the role of Joplin’s Technology Integration Coordinator, overseeing the high school 1:1 initiative and training teachers in the eMINTS, eTEC, and TLA programs. For six years prior to that, she taught fourth and fifth grade at Royal Heights Elementary in Joplin Schools. A highlight of her career has been developing the eTEC technology training program, which received great praise from eMINTS National Center and has been licensed for resale. She has a master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Northwest Missouri State University and holds certification as an eMINTS teacher, PD4ETS eMINTS trainer, Intel Teach Master Trainer, and Google Certified Teacher. She has presented at numerous conferences, including Learning Forward, Tech Forum Chicago, Virtual School Symposium, ISTE, and FETC.
