About Me:
Molly is a teacher and the founder of the startup BrightLoop Learning – a tool for teachers to keep all their insights in one place. Molly designed BrightLoop as a way to solve a problem she identified in her own classroom and realized it could be helpful to many teachers. She was a founding first grade teacher on at Bridge Boston Charter School in Dorchester, MA. In addition, she’s taught second grade at The Advent School and middle school special education at an extended school year program. Molly has worked on a National Science Foundation grant through Harvard’s Project Zero studying how children learn and understand science. She earned her Bachelor’s from Boston College majoring in Education and History, and her Master’s in Educational Neuroscience from Harvard University. She has studied learning and teaching in many schools throughout the greater Boston area including Boston, Cambridge, Brookline and Newton public schools.
