About Me:
I've been an educator since the mid 70's. Currently, I'm working at SelfDesign as the Director of Global Learning Programs and as an administrator in the Special Ed Program. Before working at SelfDesign, I worked with home learners and kids with special needs at Clonlara for 10 years, taught classes for teachers on how to use computers in the classroom, and conducted communication skills training for engineers. In my many years as an educator, I've seen far too many learners turned off to math and science because of the fragmented and detached manner in which it is presented. It's exciting to be part of a Global Network of like minded people who understand and promote nurturing learning math and science in an integrated way that is meaningful and relevant to them.
