Ryan Spaulding - Executive Director Originally from San Francisco, CA and after graduating in Physics he continued his training and experience as an US Air Force Officer both as a pilot and flight test engineer. He brings to NCEE Labs a wealth of experience and leadership in the testing environment from GPS and avionics system integration to ingress testing. His “test experience” began as a Physics student in the lab learning and discovering 'Physis', the study of the laws of nature in Greek.
