I've taught for over 15 years and I attended Our Lady of the Lake University at San Antonio, Texas. My degree is in Bilingual/BiCultural Education and Theater Arts BA Degree 1979. I worked for the government for 17 years and a court interpreter/translator for 10 years. I am married with three children and have lived in Oregon since 1986. I was born in Laredo, Texas and I am a 7th generation Texan my full name is Sylvia Martha Johnson Novelo De La Garza Alcala.
