About Me:
I was born in Seattle, Washington. I have lived in San Diego since 1989. I have two boys, ages 16 & 18, who have been on independent study since 2003. I did my undergraduate studies at University of Phoenix in Business Science Management. My Masters degree in Education and Teaching Credential were also completed with the University of Phoenix Online. In 2011, I completed my Doctorate in Teacher Leadership from Walden University. I started teaching with The Classical Academies in 2005, when I completed my student teaching and began my first assignment as a 1st grade teacher. I have also taught 3rd, 6th, 7th, & 8th grades for The Academies. My newest assignment is as the Online Learning Coordinator for the 7-12 Classical Academies Online.
